

























1.Buying from the shop should be a straight forward and painless experience. You can browse, add/remove quantities, buy and calculate post reductions via a secure server. We accept Paypal/Visa/Mastercard/Visa Electron/Maestro/American Express. Prices are shown in GBP but this can be changed if you need it. Once payment is made, you will receive an email confirming your order (including delivery address), it’s important that at this late stage you double check these details. Bubblegum Records cannot be held responsible if it is provided with the wrong details. It wants you to receive items you ordered and to the address you specified.
2. Shipping and Handling
Bubblegum Records offers competitive postal charges. There is no point in paying £1.99 for an item and having to pay £3.50 for the pleasure of receiving it. Please make sure you read the shipping guidelines, these can save you money. Bubblegum Records cannot be held responsible if you don’t take time to read through the instructions. The charges cover the postage and the packaging. Envelopes and cd boxes cost money and unfortunately we need to pass those costs onto you. Annoying, huh?
3. Delivery Schedule
Your order, in most cases, will be dealt within 1 business day. We strive to have
all orders processed and shipped within a maximum of 3 business days. If you require
a priority postal method, please contact us by email first and we will cost this
accurately before you pay.
4. Double check your delivery address details
Bubblegum Records cannot be held responsible if you provide us with the wrong delivery information.
5. Contact as if your delivery has not arrived
If your delivery does not arrive within a reasonable timescale, please contact us. We will endeavour to assist or trace your parcel if you have paid for a traceable form of postage, within 7 days.
6. Out of Stock
Items that are marked out of stock cannot be ordered until the item has been restocked.
7. Paypal and Credit Card Security
We use Romancart’s secure server to process all of our orders. It is important for
you and us that financial information is as secure as it can be.
8. Our Guarantee
Bubblegum Records is sincere in its endeavours. It wants to enjoy what is does and also wants you to enjoy the cds you buy without fuss or problems. We will replace an item if it is: a. Faulty. b. damaged – when it arrives. In some instances postal insurance may cover this eventuality. c. below standard. We cannot replace an item if when you receive you decide you do not like it.

10. Returns and Refund Policy:· Contact us via email within 28 days of receiving your order
· Be specific about the problem you are having with your order.
· Allow us 7 days to respond.
· If it is thought that fault may be ours, we will ask that you return the item to be checked within 7 days from the date of our response correspondence.
· If when we check the item is faulty and we accept responsibility you can either have the order replaced or your money back. We will confirm this within 28 from the date we inspected the goods. We will also return the postal charges you have incurred in returning the order.
· If the fault is not ours we will contact you by email informing you of the decision within 28 days of receiving your complaint (or from the date we receive a returned item).
