Bubblegum Records – buying your tickets online

 

Buying Tickets

Bubblegum Records does not send tickets to you in the post.  Instead we will provide you with a unique booking reference in a confirmation email. Just bring the booking reference number to the gig, with ID. The confirmation email is normally sent to the email address you provided immediately – please be careful when entering your email address.  Please also check your junk mail /spam folder as emails occasionally get forwarded there. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at: bubblegumrecords@hotmail.co.uk

 

ID

We recommend you take ID with you when attending any Bubblegum gig e.g. passport, driving licence, student card – any type of formal photographic ID.  It isn’t always required but can be helpful if a problem arises. Bubblegum gigs are for those 18 and over.

 

Transferring Tickets

You can transfer your ticket/tickets into someone else’s name(s).  You must contact at least 24 hours before the date of the gig by email:  bubblegumrecords@hotmail.co.uk

 

Cancellation

Wherever possible we’ll contact you in advance on the email address associated with your Bubblegum purchase to let you know an event has been cancelled. This is not always possible when an event is cancelled at the last minute, we’ll do our best to contact you.

If an event is cancelled we usually refund the face value of your ticket, if it’s to be re-scheduled tickets are usually valid for the new date.

Booking Fees

There are no booking fee charges.

 

Payment Methods

We use a secure payment server to process your payments, this ensures that all transactions are as secure as possible. You can pay for your tickets using a wide range of credit or debit cards i.e . Visa Credit, Visa Debit / Electron, MasterCard and Maestro.
